I LOVE scouts. Not only are their drinks creative and always changing, they’re not too sweet and always tasty, but the atmosphere is awesome. Plenty of seating and lounging areas to work, hang out, or just relax. They even have an outdoor area which is huge. I also LOVE their toast menu. So so yummy.

This place is super cool. I ordered one of the specials—the key lime pie matcha—and it did not disappoint! Things Scout’s can boast about: friendly service, cheap and delightful postcards, quirky wall decor, and good vibes all around. Fun stop!

Scouts is the best local coffee shop I’ve ever been to! It has become a staple in our routine whether it’s early mornings before a walk to school or afternoons on the way home for a quick muffin snack. I love how they come up with seasonal options with their drinks like the Andes mint latte during Christmas and their baked goods are so fresh. We’ve been there right when they open and the muffins are still hot. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I ordered the honeycomb latte (amazing) and a prosciutto ricotta toast which was delicious. Something different in a cafe other than an avocado toast (which is also an option). The ricotta was fresh and light the pesto on top was just enough for the flavor layer but not overpowering. Red chili flakes and honey on top was a perfect balance to the saltiness of the prosciutto- perfect bite! Atmosphere was very cute and relaxing too!

I got a Stroop waffle and it was very good! Definitely tastes better than some of the stuff you get packaged. It wasn't overly sweet. It was just right. It was a little hot in there today and a little slow. People were talking way too much and could not make up their minds at the counter with only one register! staff was very friendly and there is plenty of seating here.
