Stumbled upon OakGem while searching for a fun new timepiece for summer and am so glad I did! They have some really unique pieces, ended up picking up a pre-owned “mint” condition Chopard that arrived looking even better than described. Watch had all box & papers and even had the original protective stickers on it. What made my shopping experience the best and standout though, was the level of service with Sasha! She was so nice over the phone and knew everything about all their watches in stock and also watches in general. She genuinely seemed interested in building a life long customer and not just selling a watch. What started as a random find searching online will absolutely turn into a repeat customer for a long time. Can’t say enough good things about their watches and more so their incredible staff.
