What a fun experience! If you are a train lover - young or old … you will enjoy your outing to Northlandz. The detail of the enormous display is amazing!! We took our son when he was young to enjoy the trains and we just took our granddaughter for the first time. She’s 2 and she had a blast! We started with the outdoor train ride. A fun ride to entertain train lovers. Walking through the museum was fun and engaging. Impressive model train display that takes a while to walk through. **Be sure to go on Groupon to take advantage of the big discount tickets. ** We bought the Groupon tickets right there and redeemed them right away. Hit the near by Readington Farm Brewery afterwards for relaxation and a great vibe. They even have outdoor swings and slides for the kids!!

I love this place! If you aren't even into trains I would recommend. The space is large and amazing. Lots of detail in the miniature landscapes including towns, airplanes, a large city and a host of miniature mountains and bridges! One other cool aspect are the small placards placed around the layout where you can learn all kinds of facts about different trains and railroads across the globe.

We had a wonderful time. My daughter completed the scavenger hunt 80 percent and still got the prize. At first they were nit picky about 2 questions left blank but a different associate was sweet and helpful and my daughter got the reward, leaving us all with a good feeling. The ppl working there have great personality and care deeply about the place. Was interesting for all ages (we had kids ranging ages 6-18 ) would def recommend.

Walking into this wonderland you feel like a kid again. What an amazing display. I could literally spend the entire day watching trains. So cool. You've gotta visit this place at least once in your life if you're a model train or railfan enthusiast.

Wow wow wow!!!! Absolutely amazing experience! My son loved it!!!! The staff was super friendly. There is so much to see and the train lay outs are impressive. Highly recommend.
