When you’re driving through Warren County, you make a turn onto what looks like a quiet country driveway and start heading up a hill. You keep going. And going. There are signs assuring you that yes, the tasting room is actually up there. Then you reach the top. Enter Alba Vineyard and Winery. I sat outside on the patio with live music playing, a glass of brut, and a charcuterie board in front of me. Honestly, I’m not sure what more I could have asked for. There’s a beautiful garden right next to the patio, and beyond that, acres and acres of vineyards rolling into the distance. It’s peaceful, it’s gorgeous, and the views pretty much speak for themselves. This is the kind of place where you come for a glass of wine and accidentally spend the entire afternoon. 5/5. Will absolutely be back.

The establishment offers an excellent selection of wines, and their brick oven pizza is truly delicious with numerous options available on the menu. The service was commendable, and the atmosphere was perfectly suited for a pleasant experience.

This place is soooo cool. Met with the son of the owner, his name is Tom and he gave us the most awesome tour of the place then we went to get down to wine tasting. Tom knows everything about wine and we had a really good time hanging out with him

Let me start off by saying this is an incredible property and even better wine, truly a hidden gem and a silent killer amongst your favorite vineyards in the northeast. I read many low rated reviews before I came here this weekend, met the incredible staff, Tom S and his family alike are running an incredible down to earth, and humble giant operation. Most of the reviews here by the way are for bad service but EVERYONE is on the same page when they say the wine is a 100/10, as well as the breathtaking grounds. The bad service reviews also mentioned very untrue statements and they were quickly proven untrue when we arrived and had our experience at Alba. The tour was incredible, the picture is strictly their tasting room (someone complained this space was open and their party couldn't be seated). Tom and the family are some extremely well researched and intelligent group in the winery. They have traveled to your favorite vineyards, tasted all the internation prestigious wines, traveling to different countries and bringing those skills and expertise from the best regions in France and Italy alike here to NEW JERSEY, we are lucky to have such dedicated and serious winemakers in this region. I highly recommend this location and say hello to Tom S when you arrive and see some of the truly historic pieces they have at the vineyard. We bought 3 bottles of wine, some local cheeses(amazing), and did a guided tasting and tour.

My wife and I stopped by this winery yesterday while out on our motorcycle, as it happened to be along our route. At first, we thought they were closed, but we quickly realized we just needed to continue riding up and around to find the main entrance. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were welcomed right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. We ordered a bottle of Cabernet Franc, and it was absolutely delicious. We then headed out back, hoping to catch the last song of the evening from the band. Unfortunately, we arrived a little too late and were only able to catch the last song of the day, but that just gives us another reason to come back! We also ordered a Margherita pizza, and it was fantastic. We took some time to walk around the grounds, although we only had a limited amount of time to explore. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we’re looking forward to coming back when we can stay longer and really enjoy everything they have to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from the friendly staff to the wine, food, and beautiful setting. We’re so glad we decided to stop in, and we will definitely be back soon!
